How much time does it take for the order to get delivered?
Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided; which are merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors.
WE usually ship all our products within 24 hours. But in case you have made online payment, our payment gateway shall take 48 hours for verifying the payment. Your product will be shipped as soon as possible after the verification is complete. Delivery will be done on about 5 working days. Though we give top priority to orders made by paying online, sometimes it can take longer than 5 days.
For COD orders the order will be shipped within 48 hours after the verification of the order. It will be delivered to you in about 5-7 working days.
Do you charge on shipping?
No, rediscoverfashion.com provides free shipping on all its orders to be delivered in India. Outside India shipping is charged. Rediscoverfashion.com reserves the right to change this policy at its discretion.
Which mode of delivery do you use to send an order?
We normally send the order to you through our preferred logistics partners. To ensure reliability we only use reputed courier companies like Fedex /Bluedart/Aramex and provide you with the corresponding tracking number as well.
Kindly note that in case of all orders, Rediscover Fashion will be responsible for handing over the products to the courier companies on behalf of the buyer/consignee. It shall be assumed that the order is for personal use only, until and unless otherwise specifically indicated by the buyer/consignee.
All orders placed on Sunday or a national holiday will be processed on the following working day after verification of the same as there will be no pickups and drops due to off on that day.
Where all you deliver?
We deliver to all and any postal address within India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, hence we request you to please provide us with your complete address including your street, pin code / zip code etc. Please mention the prominent landmark close to your delivery address. And don’t forget to mention your mobile number while placing order, so that we can update you of your order. It will also ensure that the parcel has been delivered to the right person. Bulk orders can be delivered anywhere in the world.
How would you know when to deliver my order?
Your order is usually shipped within 1-2 working days after verification. Our logistics provider will then reach you to deliver the order. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery.
An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to rediscoverfashion.com warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform the non-delivery. The order will be cancelled and your refund, if any, will be processed within 7 working days.
How and within what time I can change my Shipping address?
Shipping Address as provided by the Customer may be changed within 24 hours of placing of Order, and not later; by making the said request via email to email@example.com
What if my order gets delayed?
Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. Refund or credits notes can be extended in such cases.
I have received a damaged parcel. Now what?
If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on +919810048957. We make sure that all parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit.
Rediscoverfashion.com will not be responsible for lost articles from the parcel if you accept a damaged parcel.
I have not received part of my order. What should I do?
In case you do not receive a part of your order, don’t worry, we are here to help you all 7 days of the week. Inform us by calling our customer care number +919810048957 or by writing to us at email@example.com with your complete order details.

I have received an incorrect article/order. What should I do?
If you have received a product/order you did not order, please accept the article/order and inform us about the article at firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly put it back and We will arrange to get the article collected from you. Used, damaged products or products with missing accessories (back support, clips, tags, buttons, laces, trims, labels, etc.) will not be accepted.
