Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. In case of cash-on-delivery, the cancelled portion will not be charged.

What is the return policy of
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from, you can return the product to us. We offer a ‘No questions asked’ return policy valid only for 2 days from the date of purchase.
However you can mention the reason for return for our personal information, because we value our customer a lot.
I have received the wrong color ? Now what do I do?
The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on the website of Rediscover Fashion are only approximate values.

We make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric dyes, onset of lights, digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.

The Customer may take note of the following:
1) The colors red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on website and actual product.
2) The colors green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
3) Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
4) Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
We request you not to return the product due to color variation.
How do I return the product?
Please note that returns and exchanges are not allowed for orders below INR 500.
To return an order, write to our customer care at or call us at 09810048957.The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery.
The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged articles will not be accepted. Make sure you retain the original invoice as well the “proof of dispatch” issued by our logistics partner who comes to collect the packet.
Kindly tape/seal the packet before handing over to courier boy.
You can request to arrange for a pickup. In this case the shipment charges will be completely borne by you. We will notify the courier pick up to you by email.

Due to what reasons I can exchange the product?

Rediscover Fashion shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you, at the cost of Rediscover Fashion.
What is the refund policy of

The amount paid through payment getway i.e through debit/credit card will be transferred back in the respective accounts. For COD, a credit note will be given that will entitle you for future purchases. For amount more that 1500/- Rs, a cheque or DD can be issued in customer’s name.
