We deliver our products all over INDIA.
MY ORDER STATUS SHOWS AS COMPLETE BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE ORDER!
Once you have placed the order and the order has been shipped from our end, i.e. our warehouse, it shows the order as complete in the system. And from then on the order is in process to reach you and just be assured about it as we always keep a close track of all the orders.
Please check the shipping mail you receive after we ship the order to track the status of the shipment.

WHAT WILL BE THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER?
We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 4-5 business days of your placing the order. However in some cases, we may take few more days, to deliver the order as depending upon the location. We dispatch the order within 24 hours of being placed on our online store.
Orders placed after Saturdays 10:00 AM will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays. The delivery time estimates may vary slightly from State to State. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR HOME DELIVERY?
No, there are no shipping charges.
DO YOU CHARGE ANYTHING EXTRA FOR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT?
We do not charge any extra charges in case of product returns. If you are not happy with the product then we respect your problem very much.

DO I HAVE TO BE AT HOME TO RECEIVE DELIVERY?
You have to be at home to receive your delivery but in case you are not then please ensure that someone is available at your residence to receive the parcel on the estimated date of delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
If no one is at home when the courier person comes for delivery, he will call you on the number you have given at the time of placing the order. He will then coordinate with you and come again at a time that is convenient for you.
CAN THERE BE ANY DELIVERY DELAYS?
In extreme cases delivery of your product can get delayed due to issues with weather, breakdowns and other issues not in our direct control. Still we will always make a best effort to deliver the product within the estimated time.
IN CASE MY ORDER IS CANCELLED OR NOT FULFILLED, THEN WHAT IS THE REASON?
In some cases due to products being out of stock or issues with our supplies/ resources we can cancel your order and will definitely let you know about it. You complete amount will be refunded.
